How to Register with SdRC

The SdRC team is eagerly waiting to support you in achieving your academic goals through personalized accommodations. NOTE: Before applying, please have medical and/or disability documentation available at the time of completing the application, preferably in an electronic format.

  1. On the left side menu, click on SdRC Online Portal. You can also open the SdRC Online Portal in a new tab here.
  2. Click the right blue button labeled “New Student Application” for new student registration.
    • Sign-in with your CSUDH username and password
  3. On the first step, please fill out the application in its entirety and click “Submit Application.”
  4. On the second step, please upload sufficient updated medical documentation. Once you upload and submit your documentation via the “Upload Documentation” button, it will provide a notice with a green check mark stating that your “File Upload was Successful.”
    1. No documentation? Click "Upload Documentation Later" and have a licensed medical professional fill out the form below.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email notification. All emails are sent to your campus email account.

      • The process may take 2-3 business days. 
      • Email notification will be sent to attend the group meet and via zoom
